- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products purchased during special sales, discounts, or clearance offers may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for refund.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not covered.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, contact us via email or phone with your order details and issue.
- Our team may request images or videos of the product for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
- After successful quality check, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Refunds for prepaid canceled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- In case of incorrect or damaged products, return shipping will be covered by us.
