This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Shri Ladli Ji order is dispatched and delivered.
Order processing
- Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days of being placed.
- You will see your order status update on the order page as it moves from confirmed to packed and shipped.
Delivery timelines
- We deliver across India. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being shipped.
- Remote locations and festive seasons can take a little longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with the courier partner, weather or other events beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 699.
- Orders below that amount carry a flat shipping charge of Rs. 60.
- The shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
- Once your order ships, its tracking number appears on the order page under My Orders.
- Use the tracking link there to follow your parcel with the courier.
Address and delivery issues
- Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
- If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please share photos with us within 48 hours of delivery.
